Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14-days after the request is accepted for the item to arrive back with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unopened. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for games, cases, boxes or booster packs that have been opened or tampered with.

To start a return, please submit a return request here and the team will be in touch to arrange your return within 1 -2 business days.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping, Please ensure that you include your order number in the return package otherwise we will not be able to identify your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As stated we can not accept returns for items that have been opened, If we receive a return for an item that has been opened or tampered with. We will be unable to process a refund and you will be responsible for providing a shipping label to have this returned to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.
